How do I contact the CWC team?
Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

TAX QUESTIONS
How do I lodge my tax return?
We will not be processing tax returns until March 2022 with a view to sending returns to clients in April 2022 on Marianna’s return. If you are already a tax client and your tax return information is ready, you can submit an Individual Tax Return Checklist at any time during this period and we will get to work once we resume tax returns in 2022.
How do I get a copy of my Income Tax Return?
A copy of your current or past tax returns can be downloaded at any time via your Xero Portal.
Instructions on how to access the Xero Portal can be found here.
How do I get a copy of my Notice of Assessment?
Your Notice of Assessment will have been emailed to you by our team, but you can also access a copy via your myGov inbox.
If you can’t locate it in your myGov inbox:
sign in to my.gov.au
select ATO from your services
select My profile from the menu
select Communication then History from the drop-down menu

What do I do if I need help with my bookkeeping?
If you have a bookkeeping question you can send an email to Wendy our in house bookkeeper at wendy@magostino.com or you can also book a bookkeeping support call.
What do I do if I have a question about Xero?

When is my BAS due?
We created an ATO Lodgement Due Dates guide which details all of the lodgements dates for the current financial year. You can read the blog here or view the guide in our resources library (info below).
What do I do if I have a tax question or need some support other than bookkeeping?
If you have a tax, accounting or other question outside of bookkeeping you can send an email to hello@magostino.com with your question or request to meet with a tax agent. Marianna has hand selected some trusted advisors to help you if you need any assistance that she would ordinarily provide you.

Are you a company director?
You may have heard some news recently about the introduction of a new directors identification number or director ID. This will be a new requirement for all company directors and has been designed to help combat illegal activity by making it easier to trace directors’ relationships with companies.
